Welcome to my new blog!  I hope it will be a source of encouragement, inspiration, and equipping for pastors and on-mission Christians.

I have been a Christian, husband, and father for over 30 years.  I have served as a pastor or associate pastor of several churches of various sizes from 180 – 5000+ in attendance.  I have also had the privilege of serving dozens of churches as an Associational Missionary of four associations for over seven years.  I have served as Director of Ministries of Georgia Baptist’s newest Association, the Southside Baptist Network in McDonough, GA, since March 1, 2013.
