This week we consider the topic of Church Leadership from various angles: burnout prevention, God-sized dreams, questions to ask if your church is not growing, the rapid changes in worship services leadership must address, and leadership challenges faced by churches with less than 500 in attendance.

By the way, the vast majority of SBC (and SBN) churches are under 100 in average attendance.  God loves and cares for you and your church whether your attendance is 20, 200, or 2000, and so do I!  I hope these blogs will be an encouragement to you.

Your brother in Christ,
Ray
