I don’t know any Pastor, DOM, or Church Leader who does not want their church/churches to grow, but I know a lot of churches that are not growing. In 1 Corinthians 3:6 we read, I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth.
God ultimately causes the growth of our churches. But we are to sow Gospel seed, plant it, water it, and love people as God in Christ has loved us.
Sometimes God causes the growth of our churches as His children faithfully follow Him, serve Him, and witness for Him. Sometimes God does not cause growth even when His children faithfully follow Him, serve Him, and witness for Him.
